Taia revamps the user interface to make its platform more intuitive and user-friendly

With the aim of serving the global community of entrepreneurs, Taia Translations has launched a brand new version of its translation platform. With a new user interface, a simpler login process, and simpler and more intuitive project management features, the Taia platform is even simpler and more user-friendly than ever.

At Taia Translations, they have tried to identify the most pressing issues their clients face while using the platform. Changes to the platform are therefore mainly based on feedback from their customers. The new user interface is even more transparent and easy to use, giving users full control over their translation processes. They can order professional translations with just a few clicks, choosing the level of quality, delivery date and price. Alternatively, they can add their own translators to projects within Taia to use the translation tools supported by the AI.

A new improved platform

After learning from their customers, the Taia team made the following changes to the platform:

  • The platform has a brand new user interface, which is easy to navigate and free from any excess information that might slow down the user experience.
  • It is now easier to order and select services, because this process has been broken down into several stages.
  • The process of creation of new projects has been greatly simplified and can be done in a few simple steps. Users simply choose what they want to do with their project, select the source and target languages, drop in their file or text, and choose the category that best suits their project.
  • The project ordering process is also much simpler. Now users simply choose one of the services offered to them and select their preferred delivery date. The delivery date can be adjusted depending on the urgency of the project.
  • Price overview is now even more transparent.
  • the distinction between ordering translations and doing translations yourself became more obvious. Now, users can organize their work more efficiently and find the perfect balance between the tasks they want to do on their own and the tasks they want to outsource.
  • Business management tools have been refined, so that businesses and individuals can add new members to their team or manage existing ones in a very easy way.
  • Register and Login the procedures have been simplified (no need to click on the Re-Captcha images, this process takes place automatically).
