New user interface, extended authentication and intuitive enhancements to adapt to user’s password reset needs

Advanced Software Products Group (ASPG, Inc.) announced version 6.0 of ReACT, the innovative password reset and synchronization tool designed to automate the process of resetting passwords, improve security controls on the business and lighten the help desk’s workload.

ReACT v6.0 developments are important for a completely new user interface that includes new features, new features and a more modern user experience on the self-service portal. These UI advancements have continued across the portal with intuitive enhancements and dynamic alerts and feedback notifications. The self-service portal back end components have been converted from VN.NET to C# and other workflow changes allow the portal to respond to user state. Additions to the self-service homepage include the ability to add a dynamic number of custom tiles, each linked to a different resource for easy access.

ReACT’s authentication features have also been extended to include SAML and RSA authentication, which allow sites to leverage their IDP/SAML and RSA solutions to authenticate users to ReACT. This has also been extended to the help desk portal, where users can now be authenticated by help desk administrators using DUO and RSA authentication. The help desk portal also includes a new “Caller Verification” panel that can be used to simply verify a user with the help desk for all tasks.

Further UI improvements have been made through the tool admin portal on all tables, alerts, modals and more. An intuitive What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editor has been added to the notification panel to improve the ability to customize all notifications in ReACT. In system grouping, the ability to remove or ungroup a system group from a system on their respective expansion panels has been added. Finally, in the helpdesk panel, the ability to update the phone carrier and/or country codes for SMS registration on ReACT ID details has been added.

General fixes have also been made to the admin and support portals for a smoother experience.
